Amee: Iron Lake by William Kent Krueger.

While looking for a mystery series to read, I came across William Kent Krueger. As I am

incapable of reading a series out of order, I requested the first book through the COOL Consortium. Iron Lake introduces Cork O’Connor, former sheriff in Minnesota, who residents continue to turn to for help with their problems. There are many secrets in town that someone very much wants to keep hidden. Cork is relentless as he pursues the answers to his questions.

The Love Story of Missy Carmichael by Beth Morrey (new book).

In The Love Story of Missy Carmichael, Missy finds a new love late in life which helps her to reconnect with the world. If you enjoyed A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman, you may enjoy this book as well.

Karen: Dance Away With Me by Susan Elizabeth Phillips

Mary: A Bad Day for Sunshine by Darynda Jones (1st in a new series).

A mystery with quirky characters and humor.

Megan: Paris for One and Other Stories by Jojo Moyes.

Nine wonderful short stories to curl up with. Fans of Jojo Moyes this is a must read. My favorite story is Paris for One. You will fall in love with Nell the main character and feel like you are in Paris with her.

What about Worms!? by Ryan T. Higgins.

A cute and funny picture book about a Tiger who isn’t afraid of anything except worms! I guarantee this book will have you laughing!

Kasey: 28 Summers by Elin Hilderbrand.

A heart wrenching love story.

Katie: The Devil in the White City: Murder Magic and Madness at the Fair That Changed America by Erik Larson
