Understanding the Menstrual Cycle

Aly Hillier from Delaware Public Health District will be presenting a program "Understanding the
Menstrual Cycle" for young girls and their adult. This program is part of the Know Your Flow
grant awarded to the Wornstaff Library. The topics to be discussed include : Short overview of the
female reproductive system, Definition of PMS and its symptoms, Types of menstrual products,
Definition of Toxic Shock Syndrome, and Hygiene when menstruating.
